Disgusting service

I am still having an issue with my cellc account they wanna now ***** from my after I paid my account they wanna say I am in areas, they are so unprofessional sending emails, they messed up my account and say now I have a missing payment from last year and how is that possible I am emotionally drained I am frastrated sitting with a massive headache, I can't deal w3tgem and I requested there accounts department to call me they owe me money not me owing them
