Disgusting service

I had a contract and paid R136 a month, all of a sudden they debited R267 and say my 24 month contract is finished so I dont get a discount, firstly I was under the impression that the contract was month to month like I was told over the phone when they called me, secondly no one called me, smsed or emailed me to say my premiums would change , no one gave them permission to just debit what I agreed apon even if the contract was finished why didn't anyone contact me to let me know, its not right just to take money off people's account, I spoke to Sandile Ciya he was useless beyond useless I spoke to the supervisor of customer care her name is Dudu Zibula even more useless,karabo, I didn't get her surname just as useless. everyone says they can't help let me transfer you, I sat on the phone for 1 hour 51 mins and till now I still dont have and answer. I am disgusted in the service I got yet if they want you to take out a contract they the best justcro gervyour money. Its sickening, I want to be refunded, I want my money back.
