Disgusting service
Shocking service from cellc. I've got a LTE data deal with cell c. My internet connection has been down for more then a month. I contacted cellc they then advised me to fill a network sheet. I filled the sheet and emailed it 2 weeks ago. Got a email someone will contact me within 24 to 48 hrs. Till today no feedback. Emailing the network sheet several times, contacting them online and no assistance at all. Paying R800 monthly for no service. Pathetic and disgusting customer service
