Disgusting service!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I am going to Hello Peter for Cell C I received an email but NO action was taken my account is still getting deducted and no one is replying, I have called and sent several emails, disgusting service I will never ever use Cell C ever again!!!!!!!!!!
