Disgusting service

CellC has rude officials across board. It's a shame. After trying to call their legal department for the past week and no one was answering, finally today I managed to get hold of them. I spoke to a lady, I think she said her name is Sbongile. The level of rudeness is unbearable especially for people who deal with customers on a daily basis. She literally put the phone down whilst I was still talking, she is not the only one. They all get away with this kind of behaviour, somebody is enabling them. It's very said because it is black people behaving like this and as a fellow black person Iam embarrassed!!!! I have had to call almost all cell phone network companies, never ever have I ever spoken to people as rude as Cell C staff!!! I hope one day this query will get resolved and I will never have to deal with them ever.
