Disgusting service

Cell c is a terrible service provider, after I struggled with the cancelation now I'm getting harrased by the debt collectors claiming I owe cell c, and cell c have handed over my contract to them, I then contacted cell c, made arrangements for payments it's been the second week they are telling me the amount have not reflected and they won't be able to give me a paid up letter, and that mbd debt collectors company is busy annoying me while they said they will contact them and tell them not to harras me ever again, cell c is a disgrace I fully regret why I had a contract with them and I would never recommend it to anyone, now my name is dragged In a mud because of their poor and disgusting service.
