Disgusting Service
Good day Cell C
I am really very upset with the service i received today(02/01/2018) from Europa,not sure which department she was calling from but she called to tell me my account will be handed over. She aked my my date of birth and when I merely asked her why she needed my details because shes the one calling me - very politley. She went off on me telling me that i cannot tell her how to do her job and that i can go ahead and log a cmplaint she does not care. I work as a complaints analyst and the way she went about her job is completely appalling. Regardless of whether i owe Cell C i should still be treated with respect. Please listen to the call and please get back to me and I would alos appreciate a call back from Europa...
