disgusting service

In July while driving home as I'm on leave, I get a message saying my contract is almost approved, call a certain number if it isn't you. Since I'm driving, I can't make the call. The next day a lady from cell c calls me asking if I app**** for a contract online the previous day and I say no. She then says that she will block my ID no as this must be *****. A month later I check my bank statement and find that cell c has debited my account. I then open a case at the branch. I was told that the contract will be cancelled within a couple of days. Fast forward a month later I'm still getting debited and whenever I call I get stories. Today I call and I was told that they can't open the voice recording because the file is too big. Is that my problem now that they can't open their on recordings. This is pathetic as this is reflecting badly on my credit record when I have never app**** for a contract at cell c. Worst service provider ever!!!!!
