disgusting service

Well Patrick from Cell C called me, but I am still none the wiser, he was NO help at all !! And was in fact very rude !! He didn't even understand me !! When I told him that Cell C teach their staff parrot fashion to answer clients questions the same for everyone, as he never answered the actual question, but he said I called him a parrot !! Seriously !! I am really sick and tired of trying to get information from Cell c is it that difficult to find out what huge amounts went off my account early hours of the morning ? Please can someone call me that can answer that simple question, I want to know what I was charged for !!!!
