Disgusting Service

I lost my phone so I tried contacting Cell C Customer Care twice to do a sim swap and I was not assisted since I failed the security questions so I decided to go on in-store which is the Cell C store at Bridge City Mall in Kwa Mashu in Durban, and that was a total waste of my time. Got there gave them the 5 numbers I called that day and it checked out, told them the data balance and which day I bought it and it checked out, told them my last recharge and the amount and that checked out, I told them the emergency balance but I could not remember the date I took it and was told I could not be assisted just because I couldn't remember the ****en date I borrowed airtime that's bullsh*t. I've used this number for about 3 years and it is linked to almost everything and I just lost it easily like that, I'll now miss out on job offers as I had that number in my cv. It was a ****ty service and good thing some of y'all stores are closing, would've been better if all your stores are closing cause you guys are so useless and ****en full of **** and from now onwards I will never use your network ever again.

Dear Zamaphemba Ntuli

Thank you for contacting Cell C.

We apologize for the unpleasant experience that you have had.

Unfortunately, the security check is a mandatory part of doing the sim swap.  It would not be possible for us to complete the sim swap, if it has not been passed, as it cannot be voided.
