Disgusting Service

I lost my phone yesterday in the take after work at about 6:30pm as a cell c client I called my service provided for assistance to try and track my phone down to ask the last person I called if I did leave it in the vehicle .I called the call centre to find out if they can assist with the last dialled number I spoke to Zama who then advised that its not possible .My phone was ringing in the duration that I was in panic and required assistance I call again spoke to another gentleman who advised that I should call emergency number 112/10111 for what I requested to speak to a supervisor he advised that his the supervisor for the night and cannot assist .This is my number why could I not be assisted as we speak I didn't find my phone due to the incompetency that my so called service provider is offering me I do understand there are procedures to be followed but there are situations that the rules can be amended as I had opportunity to find my phone I was stranded in the middle and could have be killed or ***** but cell c doesn't care about their clients safety .I am very disgusted about you pathetic service and will never recommend you to anyone as your service is ****TTTT.
