Disgusting service

I had upgraded an existing contract with cell c on the 9th february 2022 and was told i would receive the phone in 3 to 7 working days, its now the 21st and still no one at cell can give me a straight answer. Calling them is an absolute nightmare, u get transferred from one person to the next and hold on for 30 mins at a time. This has got to be the most useless bunch of idiots i have ever dealt with. I am so frustrated with this pathetic service. Its like cell c hires the most useless people they can find. Ive asked for a manager more than once and was told i would get the same response so it wouldnt make a difference. Surely there has to be at least one person at cell c that can assist or are they all this pathetic
