Disgusting service

<p>I went into Cell C Davenport store on the 11/04/2017 and handed in my phone for repairs as it would no longer log onto WIFI. I was told in the store it would take two weeks (10 working days), I rep**** in joke why so long and your consultant told me it has to go to Joburg. We laughed and I said no problem I will see you in two weeks. After three weeks of hearing nothing from Cell C davenport I got worried and I contacted the store. On the 03/05/2017 the Wednesday morning I phoned in to the store and spoke to Catherine she wasn’t aware of the situation and told me to give her a little while and she would get back to me, to let me know what was going on. By Saturday 06/05/2017 I still hadn’t heard from Catherine, so I phoned in to the store again! I then had to speak to Ugeshin I think his name was. He had such attitude over the phone and told me he would be finding out what was going on and would return my call in 5 minutes, after two hours I hadn’t heard from him so I tried to phone the store again but only to have the phone ring to voicemail on four occasions. I then gave up as I could see that I wasn’t going to be answered! it is now Monday 08/05/2017 and still i havent heard back from either Catherine or Ugeshin. i even tried to Email the store but i couldnt as the store Email box is full and emails cant be delivered. </p>
