Disgusting Service

<p>ract with cell c ended at the end of October and when we notified them in November,we were advised about a 30 days notice which we agreed on,on the 8 December,I than recieved an sms stating that the service has changed from contract to prepaid. In January I received an sms stating that my services wil be cut off due to no payment and in a few moments my services were indeed cut off, I called into the centre and spoke to an agent and she herself didn't understand,so I than asked to speak to the supervisor and she went through the account and she also understood what I was saying and she asked me to send her the proof of payments and she will escalate the matter,which I did,and also got a reference number ********** 565,to make matters worse,we had to deal with Rude agents like LUNGILE MTHEMBU,and to just cut the matter short. I will never subscribe to cell c anymore as soon as my data is fineshed up,I'm done with you.Never again.youl deserve a 5 star for the worse service provider.</p>
