Disgusting Service

<p>I am so disgusted with the service from Cell C store in N1 City</p> <p>my contract phone was ****** on the 23rd Dec, i went into the store on the 24th Dec to block my sim and blacklist the phone, i called in the next week and the phone was still not block or black listed. i then returned the following week to request the ITC ref number for my insurance claim apparently it cannot be done on the weekend then i was assisted by Marius from the N1 city store he advised he would call me back on monday the 9th by 12 the afternoon, i did not recieve any call back, i then called again the tuesday the 10th gave my contact number and email adress......i.m still waiting the incompotence is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
