Disgusting service
Dear Mr Stevenson. Just to remind you that my service that went 5 bars to between 0 and 1 on the 1st December 2021 has STILL not been restored. Since my last complaint I have had some communication like filling in a form but no action. Please tell those idiots that try to phone me that my problem is the level of reception so they will land up with ac missed call. The good news is that I only have 14 months left.
