Disgusting poor service

Cell C is the most disgusting service provider I’ve ever dealt with. This is the second time I’m writing on Hello Peter since it’s the only language they understand. I requested a closure amount at the store for one of my contracts, I paid it up and requested that the line be cancelled, the agent never cancelled my contract instead he amended the months. I was not billed for the month of August and went to the CellC store at The Glen mall and I was told not worry all is in order. Fast forward I wrote a complaint here in this platform and I was contacted by Lungile Ntuli who assured me she is sorting out the issue however the phones are still locked and my bill is pilling up. I’ve sent her numerous emails requesting feedback however she does not respond. I don’t have her direct line and don’t know who should I talk to and at the store I was told to go the Cell C head office which is BS for me as they are the ones that messed up. I’m approaching another month of hell with Cell C as they are giving me a run around. Sies she even had the audacity to say I must comeback here and write that my problem was solved
