Disgusting poor service

What a disgusting customer experience I am currently experiencing with Cell C no one seems to be taking initiative of my query, I've been put from Pilar to post. When I ask ask to speak to supervisor agents are dropping my calls and the supervisors doesn't have the guts to call me back. I have a billing issue with cell charges which has been going on since from April 2019. Worst part is that I've been logging issues with them none of my queries are resolved.
