Could someone please call me back from your call centre regarding a payment that was made.

The account has been handed over to the collections department.

I made the payment however I require proof of payment.

I called your pathetic call centre and spoke to Mawande who put me on hold for a very long time only to tell me there is no e-mail address for your collections department. How pathetic is that?????????

I need a proof of payment and I want a consultant to call me back.
