DISGUSTING PATHETIC SERVICE

This company is absolutely pathetic. I settled all my account and converted all my lines from contract to prepaid. Yet to date my paid up letter has not been sent to me. I've sent numous emails and made endless call. The worst pat is that I am now being hounded by Shapiro Shaik attorneys for this very same account. Don't do business with this service provider you will regret it. I'm still waiting for my paid up letter. Plz update your clients details o. Experian and with your filthy annoying debt collectors
