Disgusting & Most *********** Customer Care Team Ever!!!

I lost my mobile device on 17/06/2023 and since than, The customer care manager has successfully blacklisted my phone but as I am writing this review 05/07/2023 three agents have called me to ask me the security questions that I have already passed twice and they are the cell c has the most rudest customer care agents I have ever came across. I regret ever using cell c as a network provider. They are still struggling to give me my ITC Number and they have the nerve to be rude on top of that. sies!!!!
