DISGUSTING IS ALL I CAN SAY

<p>Cell is at it again!!! horrible service horrible managers and just out right pathetic service provider, being on the phone with a Cell C consultant just ruins my entire day and puts me in the worst mood!!</p> <p>on the 28th of March i notice a increase in my monthly debit order considering the fact that it is MY account i though i would give CELL C a call (worst mistake ever) heres why:</p> <p>1) Cell c claims that the increase was due to the price increase on the CELL C contracts however when i was sold the contract in August 2016 telephonically the person on the other end of the phone confirmed an amount of R260 which will be the total value of the contract, i instead was debited an amou t of R311. How can you just increase the debit orders without even notifying customers, i mean is what CELL C doing legal???? i</p> <p>2) the Female Manager that i spoke was just blantely rude and disrespectful, i was furious and so disappointment and her way of calming me down and controlling the situation was putting the phone down on me as i spoke so she did not have to listen to what i had to say towards the end of the phone call i was promised a call back on the same day : THE MANAGER OF CELL SAID AND I QUOTE: LISTEN HERE MAM I SAID I WILL CALL YOU BACK( HOW RUDE) i waited and waited and waited still waiting and no manager called me back, so i took the initative and called horrible CELL C back</p> <p>3) spoke to another manager he said he will call me back surprise surpise it never happend</p> <p>4)I took a deep breath and decided to call CELL C today to find out whats going i spoke to a lady in cancellations by the name of Topofathi, she could not even see on the system that a case was logged for me which means that i was waiting in dismay, nobody was going to call me back because nobody at CELL C gives a ###&&...</p> <p> </p> <p>i am yet to meet a helpful and friendly employee at CELL C who can look at my account and provide me with the clarity i need. I feel so ****** and pushed around by CELL C. They claim to be the best service provides and they draw people in with all their eye catching specials but little to those innocent people know that CELL C will only lie to you: they will lie that they will provide you with excellent service if you experience an issue with CELL C be prepared to WAIT for assistance for months because thats the fastest they will repond to you ... in a month</p> <p> </p> <p>i would never recommend anyone to get involved with CELL C They are horrible!!! i am now in a new battle to get them to cancel my contract but appearently even through the contract was sold to me under false pretences i still cant cancel (thats how they became rich and famous by lieing to innocent people to draw them into there money making scheme)</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
