DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CELLC.

I'm so so disgusted By the Service of Cell C. I'm sitting With 3 Different case Number no*** - no***0 no3- ***.after speaking To several Call Centre Agents to find out how Far My Refund is that was logged on the 6April.A Refund takes up to 7 days to be paid out but this morning when I Phoned they still waiting for the refund to be approved. NOW I'm getting ****t.... And I'm taking this Up the ombudsman.Guys I Promise You Cell C Does not take note of ther Customers.
