Disgusting customer service from CellC

I am so utterly disgusted at the level of customer service from Cellc, my issue has not been resolved since November last year. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this service provider, with no success. This is my last attempt before I take it up with the ombudsman. My ticket number is CF103010
