Disgusting Customer Service

I called in to sort something out but took me 2 hours to get through. Eventually, I got through to customer service and they were completely rude and unwilling to help. I asked to speak to the manager and they said no. I then asked for the reference number for my call as it was being recorded and they did not give it to me. Again I asked to speak to the manager and he said he would put me through and cut me off. Absolutely shocking customer service!
