Disgusting customer service!

Following my previous Hellopeter about Cell C Pinetown, it has been 3 weeks and I still have not recived my router nor any calls or feedback whatsoever. Clearly this branch shows no signs of urgency to meet customers needs. I've tried calling the store numerous times but no one seems to pick up my calls or call me back. The customer service that I am receiving from the Pinecrest branch is absolutely disgusting! The managers and workers need to go for training and also need to make sure that they know what their job title is. Upon several phone calls, workers(Names can be mentioned) lie that they are the manager however they are not! If this is the service I am going to continue receiving, I will make it known to everyone not to waste their time and to rather go to a different service provider.
