Disgusting customer service

I have been trying to get hold of cell c legal department for months and there is never an answer! They are giving me a bad credit name but I have no idea what amount is still outstanding as there is never an answer and customer care keeps telling me to phone ********** and select opt 4 and I keeping back to the customer call centre and they can't help Me! I am seriously over this struggle and glad my contract has ended just wish I could get a statement so I can see what is outstanding!
