Disgusting Customer care - How ironic!
Most of your customer care personnel is pathetic. I have been trying to do a sim swap with no success!! Four calls and a blocked line later I still don't have a phone to use. All because of incompetency!! A company is only as good as the person that answers the phone and Nompilo and her collogues just made Cell C the worst company ever! It is a pitty that you cannot call me to rectify the situation... as I don't have a phone... because of YOUR staff!! So I'm cancelling my contract. Good bye!!!

It does not help to try and contact me on *** as it is the nr I am trying to do the sim swap for. It is diverted to my 082 nr, but the calls don't seem to go through as I only get missed calls from your nr and the nr is not blocked - I made sure of that. I am not phoning again as it has cost me an hour of airtime on Friday for nothing.
Where am I supposed to send the private message to???
