Disgusting company to do business with

The only reason why I gave this business 1 start is Because it wouldn't allow to say what I have to say....

I wouldn't give it a single star if given the option.

This is only due to the poor services delivered year on year to me. Recently I wrote a review based on the services received from The business and got a call from one of the cell c representative I was told that an investigation is been conducted and I would receive a call with an update as to what steps to further take on, it's been 2 weeks now and I have not received any call back regarding the investigation been done, and to top it off all the initial disturbing miserable situation that I am currently in is only because cell c was going to initially do an investigation regarding my query a few years ago, so that explains the process of cell c and their following up procedures with me. I am very disappointed yet again by this business as they feel that I'm just a number that they can skip and leave me in the dark. Everyone must know exactly what this business is up to because this isn't fair to me or anyone else that may be in the same situation or will go through the same situation.
