Disgusting company - Cell C are *******!
******* - Disgusting service - I have been overpaying my account for years by mistake, a small amount every month, and now and they will not refund my credit balance- DO NOT EVER deal with CELL C - they do not keep promises - they will keep your money, even when you have a credit balance and it is actually legally yours.

So you are saying that I must do that again - for what - to go through this time and time again ? In any case, it is my money - money that i paid CELL C so why should I now prove that I overpaid you - I have a credit balance - that is proof. you bunch of *******
