Disgusting Company
<p>I wrote to you complaining about Cell C and the fact that they handed me over to a debt collecting company for money not owed to them. I got a response from them on the 8th of June to say they will look into it and get back to me. I have not heard a word. I tried to contact them countless times to no avail. Today I get a mail from their debt collector saying I have seven days in which to pay the outstanding amount I don't even owe. I think this is totally disgusting. I am now going to open a case of ***** against both companies at my local police station. I am not the first person this has happened to and was even told by a CellC employee that this is what Cell C do all the time. I think it is totally disgusting and will be seeking legal council. They have also ruined my credit record by handing me over for no reason at all. I am definitely going to take this further a I think it is totally disgusting. </p>

However, an email was sent on the 9th, advising you of this and an alternative number where the consultant can get hold you and assist was requested. Another email was sent on the 13th, advising the same and no response was received from your side.

I have sent the document requested. I have made it very clear that I am not satisfied and that this is by no means sorted out. I asked a very simple question of who has the right to hand someone over to the credit bureau with out making one hundred percent sure if their facts. I have sent through my letter of proof of cancellation of my account after a telephonic conversation with a consultant and confirmation of my account being paid in full.
