Disgusting CellC service

I cancelled my fibre contract.They repeatedly messed up the cancellation.3 Years later I have been handed over for non payment.Even their statements don’t make sense and do not balance from month to month.I haven’t received any communications from Cellc for ages until their debt collection service sent me an email.
