Disgusting Cell C

Cell C provides the most disgusting service. I have been trying to cancel my contract (which is a month-to-month) and for 4 days cannot get any joy despite numerous phone calls and escalations. They are quick to sign up a 24 month contract but cannot get back to me regarding my cancellation. I guess I will have to go and lay a complaint at the Ombudsman.
