Disgusting Cavendish Cell C staff

I went to Cell C in Cavendish to upgrade my contract. Initially, I wanted the new Huawei p8 lite, unfortunately Cell C had no estimation time as when they would get the new Huawei p8 lite. I asked if they had any other phone with the same features as the Huawei p8 lite and within the price range and one of the sales consultants that helped me recommended that I take the LG G3 beat. He said it would cost the same and had the same feature which included a 13 megapixel camera. The sales consultant informed my mother, sister and I that it was the same like the Huawei p8 lite and he was very friendly and helpful, therefore we trusted his judgement. We signed the contract in Cavendish and collected the phone in Blue Route Mall, however, we were disappointed when we came to find that the phone was champagne instead of black which we had ordered. In addition it did not have the same features as the Huawei p8 lite, instead it was an 8 megapixel camera. When we confronted the sales consultant he denied and said there is nothing I can do about it because I signed the contract. Basically, it is my word against his. Worst service ever, last time my family upgrades at Cell C.
