Disgusting behavior

Cell C staff member in woodmead Helen who refuses to give any further details, was extremely rude, continued to talk over me and dropped the phone twice on me. Laughing at me. Refused to give me her name. Came to the store and she then proceeded to have a disgusting attitude towards me. I feel that something should be done.

Sincere apologies for the poor service you received from the store rep. We will address this matter with the store manager to have this kind of behaviour rectified.

We want our customers to be given proper service and be treated with the respect they deserve.
