Disgusting Behavior
<p>I'm being harassed by Cell c debt collectors/billing department. my cousin has an account with cell c which is in arrears. Cell c has been calling me and sending me sms of demand like as if I owe them. I have been telling them that I have not seen or contacted my cousin for more than 3 years now and I don’t have his number. what makes it worse is now they are even calling on my work telephone number. I have been telling them to remove both my cell number and my work telephone number but all fell in deaf ears. this is so disgusting and unprofessional. </p>

How does Cell c explain this? is it lack of competence or what? my privacy is being invaded and each time I’m told the same think "we apologize" when will you stop apologising and remove my number? if you can't find your client, where do I come in? I don't owe you. even if I were to do business with cell c, I would think twice about it. this is unprofessional
