DISGUSTING BAD SERVICE AT CELL C

I have a contract with cell C. The contract amount is R369 but they deducted R439.00 and when I call they cannot help me because I failed the security question. They ste very bad. In December they deducted before month end because we getting paid earlier. All they care about is our money. Ppl stay away from Cell C. They are a ****.
