DISGUSTING BAD SERVICE!

Two years of HELL! My phone would not allow me to call most of the numbers dilled! It said "THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST". But at the same time it shows the number ident on my screen. I then used my second Cell C phone and it usually went through. However when I say usually, not always as Cell C does not work when there is load shedding in our area! I called Cell cover the two years dozens of times, I explain the problem and they did nothing to help. I give the information to the person on the line, but they go off at a tangent, so I say you have not listened to what I am telling you. THEY CUT THE CALL! I have been put on hold for 2 hours and ten minutes before the call is then cut, One hour and thirty five minutes before the call is cut! I have been told we will get back to you, they NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! This week I made Nine calls to Cell C about the problem AND EVENTUALLY ONE PERSON DID LISTEN AND WENT INTO MY SETTINGS AND CELL C HAD SET THE PHONE WRONGLY FROM THE START OF THE CONTRACT AND IT LIMITED THE NUMBERS I COULD DAIL!
