DISGUSTING ATTITUDE FROM CELL C ROSEBANK

I'm very disappointed about service i recieved again from Cell c i wanted to upgrade my contract i arrived by Cell C rosebank by 16:54 the store was already closed i asked the guy from inside he said it was already closed i showed him that it was not 17:00 because telkom also closes by 17:00 but was still open he then told me that it is a public holiday today Christmas eve i then asked him what time did they close today as he showed me that on public holidays the shop closes by 15:00 he said the closed by 17:00 but by that time i was already waited 6 minutes outside the door
