DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND LACK OF INTEREST

I have been with Cell C since inception of Cell C and I am due for 2 upgrades. I am currently finishing my Debt Review (balance of R4000 owing to complete) and when applying for my upgrade Cell C stated that I cannot have an upgrade unless I provide a letter from the Debt company stating I can afford the contracts which I provided and then they advised that due to numerous ********** letters they couldn't accept my letter and they wouldn't even phone the debt review company to assess if it was ********** or not then all of a sudden I was advised that due to COVID they are now not doing upgrades! I then asked if I paid the balance of R4000 what the turn around time would be to get my upgrades and now I have been informed that it is better to buy a phone - are they now telling me I wont be able to get an upgrade at all? This is absolutely disgusting especially as I have never renaiged on any of my payments.
