disgusting attitude

Just received a call from an agent Sphamandla from Cell c Durban branch number +***0. He does not know the word no and words not interested still he gave me attitude and started screaming in the phone when I asked for his supervisor. First of all he called my number and was disrepectful on the phone. Am not too sure if cell c hired *********** sales agents or what. I don't even know this guy but his attitude stinks on the phone. You call me to come on board yet you have the nerve to shout and go crazy on my number. He refused for me speak to the supervisor. Can someone get the call and do the necessary from their side as a well known company in SA you do not need such sales agent within the company.
