Disgusting and Useless Service

two weeks ago I called Cell C for a contract upgrade. After placing an order, a wrong phone was delivered at my place and only to discover that the phone that was delivered was wrong both in terms of colour and description.

After informing cell c that the gadget I received was wrong, they collected it four days later and asked me to call back in two days to process an amendment to the gadget. On Monday (this week) I called as per the instruction and I was asked to call back two days later. I again called two days later, and could not be assisted as the call kept referred back and forth. At this one particular day, I was kept holding on the phone for over an hour. For the whole of this week I have been calling and could not at all be assisted, and as always I kept being sent from pillar to post. Two weeks, later I still don't have a phone that I ordered as part of my upgrade and actually have not been assisted.

Cell C's teleconference centre is absolutely useless and *********** and I would never ever recommend anyone to consider a business deal with Cell C.
