Disgusting and appalling lack of service and incompetence at cell c

Don't ever use cell c. They have the worst customer centre I have ever dealt with. The staff are the most unhelpful, most *********** service people I have ever dealt with. The incompetence is just next level, they should put cell c picture next to the word incompetence in the dictionary. I mean my mind is blown. It has taken years for them to do something so simple as to update my ID number on my account. They told me to go in store with my ID and I did. They told me email it, and I did. But still not updated. When I call, I can't pass the security check. No one responds to emails. Instead I am told to go back to the store, because I have all the time in the world to do the same thing twice. I am so disgusted. There are not enough words to describe how much I detest and regret ever choosing cell c.
