Disgusting

I just can't believe the incompetence of cell c's billing department. I send them my bank statement as well as sms showing that the debit order did go off from my bank, however they keep on saying they haven't received it and keep on adding debit order failing penalties on my statement. I'm sick and tired now. Can someone with knowledge about debit orders handle my case please
