Disgusting

I am absolutely disgusted with the service and communication with Cell C. I do not want to ever deal with them again. I have never dealt with such an *********** group ever!! I have been with Cell C for a very long time, however, since the 6th of June, I have been emailing, calling and trying to get something out of someone with regards to the immigration of my contract. I will phone, or they will phone and during the call, my calls get dropped, when it happens I phone these guys back and then need to explain everything again because you don't ever get to talk to the same person. So yes they have many on my calls and their calls recorded as this is what they say over the phone, yet no one can actually handle this with care. I am the client, I am the one at the end of the day paying their salaries, yet I am the one that gets no service from them? Why then should I pay my monthly instalment when these guys cannot since June til now have done nothing. During the recent call from customer care, I explained my situation again, that my calls are being dropped, after explaining everything to the guy that phoned me the call drops, and they don't phone back, they don't email back. they stop communication!!! Now they threatening me but truly, why am I paying for a service that I am not receiving??? I am finished with Cell C... absolutely disgusting how a huge firm like that who wants us as clients can treat their clients with absolute disdain and disrespect, but yet it is my fault at the end of it and my scores get ruined by people who can not do their jobs properly.!!!!!!!!
