Disgusting
My first 2 months of having C-Fiber i though it was great ! Unfortunately it was only for 2 months ... Since then i am basically paying for something i cannot use.
20 mbs line down to 180 kbs line...!!!!!
I have called twice and sent a screenshot of my speed test without a reply. I have requested for a reply 3 x times already !
Either you don't know what the problem , you don't know how to fix it or you just don't give a F... about your customers!
Disgusted with your service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You called me on Friday to inform me that someone will call me either later the afternoon otherwise defenitely on Saturday morning 19/01/2019.
I am still waiting for that call, as well as waiting for my internet speed to get anything above 1 mbs! Currenly at 384 kbs!!
Still disgusted!
