Disgusting!!!
Disgusting service at cell c gateway... Loyal customer of cell c gateway for decades....totally disgusted with the unprofessional service...booked my s8 for repairs on the 31.08.2018 ,Mr Deon assisted to take the phone in for repairs...said he couldnt get a reference number for me,said he would email me the details,no replacement phone was given to me either. It is the 01 September 2018 at 12pm ....to date he has made no contact with me,neither has he messaged or emailed me. Numerous calls made to the store in Gateway,nobody bothers to answer the phone. Total disgust to Cell C....supporting their business is such a shame...not anymore
