Well done cell c just when I thought it couldn't get worse, got your message, costumer service called to tell me they will call kolonade to find out, asked me to send my recorded conversation, then the famous I'm gonna get back to you. Sent an email at 10 then at 12 and at 2pm. I actually though they were really gonna fix it but clearly I'm just a joke... Well done... wow you make other service providers look really good. ********** thank you for calling me and not following up like you said you would.
