Disgusted with every department of Cell C
So after cell C messed up on my contracts they tell me that they will escalate the matter and get back to me, this is 2 weeks already with no feedback at all. I mean this consultant by the name of Clementine added a contract, no statement sent, no payment deducted yet you have my account that you deduct 4 contracts every month but now my name is bad after I still paid for something I was not even aware of. You have recorded calls so listen to them. And now talking at work I find out that this is a norm with cell C

30 Aug 2023, 14:53There was no feedback given at all they said they will escalate the matter and never got back to me. Till to date nothing has been resolved so if you can cancel all my contracts so I can go to a competent service provider

I am your client you have a lot to learn regarding customer care. Even the disrespect that your consultant messed up no apology or anything just deal with it.
