Disgusted with cellc

This is the most ********* company..my contract ended last year November but for some reason only they would know never canceled my contract only to find out coz i am currently looking to property but i cant because of cellc. I was so astonished and because i really just need get my credit cleared i madeba payment of 3700 and asked for proof of debt settlement so i can give it to the agents so everything could be processed i mentioned that i need it urgently and that i will deal with them later because i paid money i was noy even suppose to. It has been three and a half weeks now i couldnt purchase my property and now have to wait three month be4 i do because of cellc. I am so damn upset i habe been sending emails after emails after emails and today they reply they can not help me. Does anyone know where i can report this? Im definitely going to the daily dispatch with this. Im not done with cellc taking my money and then being unable to assist in terms of sen**** me proof of my contract cancelation and proof of debt settlement. Someone please help? Refer me to a good lawyer
